Bike Course – Sprint and International Distances - 40k
The bike is 40k for both the International and Sprint races. The bike starts at T1 at Lynn Creek Park. Athletes ride to American Airlines Center finishing at T2 near AT&T Plaza. Check out the course map here.

An out and back course on the Katy Trail. The 5K turns around near Lemmon Avenue, finishing at the AT&T Plaza at American Airlines Center.

An out and back course on the Katy Trail. The 10K turns around just before Harvard Avenue, finishing at the AT&T Plaza at American Airlines Center.
